5 Weekend Activities For The Adventure Seeker In You
Go Trout Fishing: Ragati Conservancy
The Ragati River is a 15KM pristine mountain river with many waterfalls and large pools. In the 1920’s and 30’s, the river was stocked with rainbow trout which, over generations, have turned a unique red colour dubbed “Ragati Red”. As the conservancy works on developing their own farm to continue to stock the fish, they regularly restock the river from local fisheries. Enjoy a fruitful fishing trip or, for the particularly adventurous, wake up early and do their overnight heli fishing trip.

Jump from waterfalls: Ngare Ndare
Ngare Ndare is an indigenous forest at the foothills of Mt. Kenya. The forest is filled with 200 year old trees and hiking trails. Hike to the source of the ice cold water that runs off the face of the mountain, rock climb to the top and leap into the ice blue water below.
