Days 1–2

Nairobi & Tigoni – Modern Twists & Kikuyu Heritage

Begin in Nairobi with visits to leading organic farms and Kenya’s largest pineapple and avocado producers, learning about sustainable agriculture and sampling fresh produce. Savor a farm-to-table dinner at one of Nairobi’s top restaurants. The next day, head to the tea country of Tigoni for a tasting and traditional Kikuyu lunch, then immerse yourself in Kikuyu culinary traditions with hands-on cooking workshops and storytelling at a local cultural center.
Days 3–4

Laikipia & Naivasha – Maasai, Samburu, and Wine Country

Fly north to the Laikipia highlands for a wildlife-rich setting and a “bush kitchen” experience, cooking with Maasai guides over open fire and learning about wild herbs and pastoralist rituals. Join Samburu warriors for a cultural exchange, then travel to the Rift Valley for a wine tasting and food pairing in Naivasha’s vineyards.
Days 5–7

Western Lakes to the Coast – Kalenjin, Luo, and Swahili Flavors

Journey west to Eldoret or Lake Baringo for Kalenjin culinary traditions and a local market visit. Continue to Kisumu for a lakeside feast and cooking demo of Luo classics.
