Kenya's Adrenaline Kayaking: Thrills on The River

starting from USD $550

Brace yourself for an unparalleled experience as you navigate the untamed beauty of Magadi. Encounter nature's wonders, navigate thrilling river bends, and immerse yourself in an adventure like no other, set against the backdrop of breathtaking landscapes and unmatched serenity.

Please note that this itinerary is a guide to what we want to achieve. While the aim is to achieve all of it, many parts are out of our control, such as the location and access to manyattas (they often ‘migrate’ to distant pastures), the location and open-ness of the habituated baboons on a given day, and of course the water levels of the river itself.

We can be sure of great fun, adventure and a stunning, wild location.

Highlights

  • Bring your own sleeping bag
  • Bring a head torch to move around camp easily at night
  • Bring shoes that can get wet while kayaking and another pair of shoes for walking in the bush
  • Remember sun cream, caps, sunglasses, long-sleeved shirts (the sun is intense!)
  • Bring your own ingredients so the chef can cook for you on-site
  • This price is on a self-drive basis. Pick-up and drop-off from Nairobi can be organised for $100
