Serengeti Wildebeest Migration
One of Tanzania's awe-inspiring events is the magnificent Great Migration of wild animals. This captivating spectacle kicks off in April with thousands of grazing animals embarking on a remarkable journey in search of lush pastures and freshwater. Marvel at the breathtaking sight of countless antelope, zebra, gazelle, and gnu moving together in grand herds, creating an unforgettable natural display. If you really want our opinion, and you want to try and see this from an unparalleled vantage point, then we totally recommend experiencing this incredible sight from a hot air balloon, which is truly a sight to behold.
Holding a truly dear spot among the country's National Festivals, Unification Day is quite the scene to expect. The occasion pays homage to the union of Zanzibar and Tanzania, which shaped the present-day United Republic of Tanzania. You'll see colourful parades marching through the streets as you’re swept up in the festivities around.
