Namiri Plains is situated on the vast plains of the eastern Serengeti, offering a secluded experience. Nestled along the life-giving Ngare Nanyuki River in the eastern Serengeti's vast, open plains, Namiri Plains offers exceptional game viewing opportunities. One of the few areas with permanent water sources in this region, the camp attracts a diverse range of animals. Witness thirsty zebras, graceful antelope, and other plains game gather at the seasonal riverbed, creating an unforgettable wildlife spectacle.
The camp features 10 elegant tented suites and one family tent. The walls of the tents are constructed with calcrete, a sedimentary rock formed from the ashes of the Ngorongoro volcanoes, providing temperature regulation. The interiors of the tents are adorned with natural materials and soothing tones. Each tent includes a bathroom with a view over the plains and a standalone resin tub on a private deck, allowing guests to enjoy an al fresco bubble bath while sipping a chilled glass of fizz.
