The lodge is at the edge of Queen Elizabeth National Park and has great views of the savanna, faraway mountains, and the Kyambura Gorge. The guest rooms have an afro-chic African theme with local things used in a new way. Each room has a special view of either the savanna or the gorge. There are four deluxe rooms and four standard rooms.
The lodge is perfect for finding lost chimps in the forest of Kyambura Gorge and seeing amazing animals in one of Africa's prettiest parks, all around the Kazinga Channel. The park has six hundred kinds of birds, the most in any African park. People staying there can join the Kyambura Gorge Eco-Tourism. It's a series of activities to help the community and protect the Kyambura Gorge area, started in 2009.
