Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge

Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is located on a forested ridge at the entrance to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The lodge offers eight spacious cottages made from volcanic stone, providing stunning views that extend to the Virunga Volcanoes of Rwanda and the Congo, where the glow of Nyiragongo Volcano is visible on clear nights. Each cottage is warmly welcoming and includes a bedroom, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate lounge. Outdoor verandas with comfortable chairs offer an ideal spot to admire the unforgettable forest vistas. In the evening, cozy fireplaces create a warm ambiance. Meals at the lodge are prepared using the freshest local ingredients and can be enjoyed in the dining area in front of a roaring fire or in the privacy of guests' stone cottages.
