Ostrich House

Ostrich House is a quaint and cozy farm cottage set in a 500-acre mature fruit farm and is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a weekend getaway or a midweek break.  The farm offers ample opportunity for discovery and adventure with guided farm tours, fruit picking, hiking, biking and fishing available on the property.  For those that want a weekend of relaxation, Ostrich House provides the perfect opportunity to sit back and relax.

The house is a brand new renovation offering all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. There is a shaded patio under a grapevine with ample seating and a barbeque area.  The Farm’s ostriches like to graze and relax around the cottage and are very friendly.  There are plenty of exotic fruit trees around the house that our staff would be delighted to show you around and you can pick some fresh ingredients for your meals. There are also large dams dotted around the farm which are excellent for a spot of fishing or just relaxing.

Ostrich House is a self-catered facility. There is a housekeeper available to assist with cleaning, washing up, and basic cooking tasks.
